- Le aspettative nei rapporti di coppia, nell’amicizia, con i figli e nel mondo del lavoro

SECONDO INCONTRO

- L’aspettativa nella vita quotidiana

Il Giudizio:

- Giudicare gli altri e la paura del giudizio
- La perfezione. Voler fare bene e l'impegno sono caratteristiche importanti per ottenere buoni risultati. La perfezione può invece creare ansia e bloccarci
- La paura di perdere
- La paura di deludere
